These are very strong and if you put them in the right place your eyes will water. If you have them in the right amount of water they are very strong. That being said they definitely clear your sinuses and they do last for a whole shower you have to adjust where they’re at to get the right amount of vapor you want.

I was excited and looking forward to using these , however what I’ve realized is while they do smell good, the scent dissipates rather quickly. Also in order for you to actually smell the fragrance they have to be in water , not directly under the shower head but in some sort of stream.
