It cuts, slices and dices tomatoes beautifully. The handle doesn’t get slippery when wet. Be careful, it’s so sharp I cut myself and didn’t feel it.

Had this knife quite a while and I cannot function in my kitchen without it! Love, love, love this knife and brand. Great quality and value and most importantly MADE IN AMERICA!! All my knives are from this company and love them all!

This knife is great for things with smooth skin. It is sharp and seems to work very well on tomatoes and peppers etc. If you like a good knife in the kitchen, this is a good one. I hesitated a little at the $15 price tag but seems to be good.

My favorite knife. I had one of these for many years (don’t even know where I got it… I think someone left it at our house 10 years ago.) I’d never seen one before. When we sold our RV, I didn’t realize this knife was in it and accidentally gave it to the new owners. It took me a while to figure out what this was. My wife suggested “tomato knife” and I found it right away and immediately ordered a two-pack. Love these things! I use them as steak knives, filet knives, and yes, they’re great for cutting delicate things like tomatoes. Super-sharp and serrated. My original was a Henckels, but these seem to be exactly the same. I was willing to pay 25 bucks for one (and I’m a “thrifty” person) so I was thrilled to see that Amazon sold TWO for that price. I’ll never be without a couple of these in my kitchen again!

  5. CB of Woodville TX

Love these knives. I have several. This does slice through tomatoes like butter. Easy to clean. Nice look also. I kept the cardboard sleeve to protect it in the draw.

  6. Selective & critical

I will buy a second in case company ceases production. Brilliant design of long, thin, serrated blade. Ceramic knives (e.g. Kyocera 5 inch micro-serrated ceramic) have some advantages, but also a disadvantage compared to this.

Best knife ever !! No slip grip and super sharp for cutting veggies

  8. Mundungus

Absolutely best knives you will ever buy. Why spend $150 and up for a knife when Rada is the only one you need. We have 6 or 7 different Rada knives and they are incredible. BE CAREFUL they are VERY SHARP!!!! And I mean sharp, sharper than your ex’s insulting tongue, these are great knives!

These are wonderful fir tomatoes and other veg

It IS the sharpest knife in the shed
Not that long ago, I would have thought buying a specialty knife JUST for cutting a tomato to be, well, dumb. Until now. Today my knife arrived and although people say this all the time about all kinds of things and people, in this specific instance it’s really true: the photos don’t do this knife justice. It’s not only beautiful (the metal almost shimmers) it cuts through a tomato like it’s air. I hadn’t given much thought to how my other knives kind of crush the tomato before finally breaking through the skin to slice it. This knife is not only super razor sharp, it’s super thin so can make the slices super thin as well. It also as a satisfying weight to it, which makes it a pleasure to handle and cut with. Seriously, buy this tomato knife. You won’t regret it.
