Great size for the large Breville toaster oven. It will fit 6 bagels or pretzels and about 8 good size cookies. I got 2 of these trays. They are totally non stick and easy to wash. They’re also very sturdy, not flimsy at all. They are all I use for baking in the Breville.

Like many of us I have a collection of baking sheets, some from my mother who if living would be 104 years old. So they have seen better days. I have recently discovered USA pans and am slowly replacing some of my metal bakeware pieces with these fine quality well made pieces. Before purchasing this 1/4 sheet size pan I had only my mothers old 1/4 sheet pan. It is coated with years of “patina” and I always had to wrap it in foil if I used it. But I do use it! So after purchasing one of USA pans 9 inch pie tins, which I found to be of high quality I decided it was high time to buy a new 1/4 sheet pan. I was pleased to find it here on Amazon and it arrived this afternoon the same day order ( thank you Amazon!). I am baking a triple berry slab pie for a friend who is visiting tomorrow. These pies are typically baked on a 1/2 size cookie sheet ( with sides ) and made to serve a crowd. But I did not want to make a huge pie so I decided to use a 1/4 sheet size and wanted a nice clean new pan to bake it in. This is going to be perfect. The pan is heavy and well made as was the pie pan. They are stated to be non stick and feel as though they do have a coating. I would compare these to Nordic ware or other good high quality bakeware. They are comparably priced. I like that the bottoms are slightly corrugated to allow airflow. I am sure this will deliver many fine oven baked foods and last for years to come! At near 70 years old it will outlast me for sure! Great cookware that your grandkids can enjoy long after you have passed on!

I recently bought a Breville Smart oven air fryer pro and needed a smaller cookie sheet to fit in it. While I give this pan a 5star rating on its own. I later found a Nordic ware pan that is 2” longer and 1” wider that fits perfectly in my Breville oven.This pan is very sturdy, washes well and cooks my cookies great.

A friend bought me a USA Pan for a birthday, and the quality is unmatched. These pans are sturdy and heavy-bottommed, which makes a huge difference in the quality and consistency of baked goods and roasted vegetables. I think the ridged bottoms also help with preventing sticking and burned bottoms. I love the quarter size as someone who usually cooks for 1-2 people – it’s so easy to clean these smaller pans off in the sink!

The pan has quickly become one of my favorite to use in the oven and air fryer/toaster/convection oven. Fits inside due to no handles (which is the reason it was bought) Sturdy and appears to be fairly scratch resistant if treated right. Won’t hesitate to buy another USA pan, worth the extra money.

This quarter sheet pan is good quality and was a good price. However, you need to keep in mind it has a non-stick coating and should not be exposed to temperatures over 450F. I should have paid more attention to that, while I will use it I’ll need to be mindful not to broil with it or really scrape it. Not what I wanted but it still works, should have returned it but I’ll still use it.

Pan is very thick/heavy, keeps the bottoms of my cookies and biscuits from burning.I’ve also used it under my brownie and pie pans, to make sure the bottoms don’t burnNo problem with scratches. Cookies/biscuits slide off easily. Perfect for baking 8-10 items.No problem with it warping from the heat in the oven – still straight and good as new.I plan to buy another one, for when I need to do larger batches of cookies!
